We’re committed to safe practices and helping others by handling this disease outbreak responsibly. Here’s our current plan, as of March 18, 2020, for now and the next unknown period of time:
- No in-person check-in / check-out
We handle all check-ins and check-outs over the phone, not in the office. We’ll take your credit card number over the phone or with an online reservation. If it suits you we’ll charge the card shortly before check-in and leave a receipt in your room. - Isolation from staff
We keep ourselves and our staff appropriately separated from guests. So we won’t be cleaning rooms in the middle of multi-day stays. We’ll separate guest visits in the same room by multiple days. - Cleaning / Disinfection
We sanitize all surfaces in and around the rooms with large sprayers and appropriate disinfectant. - Paid Sick Time
We’ll take care of our staff whether they can/should work or not. Nobody needs to work if they’re sick.
We don’t anticipate this to be an easy and fast story that will soon be behind us and everything will be back to normal. It may take time for many people to rebuild trust in each other. We’ll be here.
